My car will not turn over and get any power untill the key is in the ignition and turned to the on position. This problem all started when my alarm drained my battery. After replacing the battery, I get my dome lights, head lights, tail lights but no radio and my car won't turn over. It seems like my alarm has a kill switch that is not allowing me to start my car, but the functions of my alarm are working fine. It locks and unlocks the doors and all the proximity sensors work. The problem doesn't lie within the alarm but in the electrical system somewhere. Does anyone have any idea why my radio is not getting power and my car won't start.
